We’re excited that you’re considering Tampa Bay Academy for your child’s education. Our admissions process is designed to help your family explore all that we offer and determine if Tampa Bay Academy is the right fit—Academically, Spiritually, and Personally.
We invite you to come and experience the Tampa Bay Academy difference in person. Campus tours are available by appointment and give families a chance to see classrooms, meet staff, and ask grade-specific questions. These visits are the perfect starting point to explore our welcoming, faith-filled environment.
Our online application is simple and accessible. Once the application is open for the upcoming school year, families can submit their completed forms along with a non-refundable application fee. As part of the process, we kindly request recommendations from a current teacher and a faith leader or pastor. All checklist items must be completed before your application can be reviewed.
After we’ve reviewed your application and confirmed availability, our admissions team will reach out to schedule a student assessment. VPK through 5th-grade applicants will take part in a one-on-one assessment, while students in grades 6–8 will complete a formal academic evaluation with a staff proctor.
A key part of our admissions process is meeting with the principal. This family interview gives us a chance to learn more about your student and for you to get a deeper understanding of Tampa Bay Academy’s mission, values, and academic expectations.
Once accepted, families will receive an official welcome letter within a week of the principal interview. The final step is to complete the enrollment contract and submit the enrollment fee—securing your child’s place at Tampa Bay Academy.
